What should I do if the item I want is out of stock?Hang tight! The Out of Stock label is placed on items that our team does not currently have the capacity to sell. This can be due to not having enough fabric or tools needed to create and process the product. Some items that are out of stock may be made available again on our site or may have a "pre-order" option for when our team gets the tools we need to sell the product again. Items that are final sale will be removed off our website.

What is our Shipping & Return Policy?After an order is placed, we take 2-3 days to process and ship your order. Most of our items are made-to-order, so Harmon.e must take time to complete and ship it. The primary shipping method is through USPS, and the flat rate is $9.45. After shipping, packages take 3-7 days to reach the destination. At this time, we have not expanded to overseas shipping but that may change as we grow. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY If you place an order and change your mind, do not hesitant to contact us via email or directly contact us through instagram. Returning online orders is easy and FREE up to 30 day after the order is placed. Harmon.e is committed to making sure our customers are satisfied, but we understand that sometimes sizing is off or a customer may change their mind. If an item needs to be exchanged on returned this can be done for free up to 30 days after.

Do we offer Custom Sizing?Yes! We offer custom sizing but you must reach out to use directly via email, instagram, or through our Contact Us page to request a specific sizing. Our products are typically made to order so if you reach out before or directly after placing an order our customer service team can get back to you and ensure you get what you are requesting.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
