Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Harmone pieces, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process easy and stress-free.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Easy Returns:
To initiate a return, simply reach out to harmone.shop@gmail.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return label. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. DISCLAIMER: a refund will be processed for the product(s), not including the shipping method
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating the return. We'll ensure your replacement is sent out swiftly.
